Hi All, new to blackberry. just got a bb bold. how do you edit the labels in the contacts. for example in my Nokia, i can have:

First Name:Bank of America
Customer Service: xxxxxxx
Merchant Service: yyyyyy
Credit Card: zzzzzzz

In bb bold, the labels are predetermined like "Work" or "Work 2". So we have:

Bank of America
Work: xxxxxx
Work2: yyyyyy
Home: zzzzzz

Can we change these labels? Thanks.

There is no way to change the labels. Sorry!

You can define new custom fields in Outlook. You may name these anyway you wish. When you sync, these new field names will be transferred on a contact by contact basis to the phone's Address Book.
