hello everyone, i just got my new blackberry bold. i love it.
anyways,

i cant seem to add ppl on my messenger.. i added one person, n since then.. no one else.. my requests don't reach my friends n i dont get theirs

and my provider sent me "device settings" but when i try to open them it says "no supported wi-fi connections found" when i actually am connected.

i'd really appreciate any help i can get. thank you very much
really nice website btw.

oh and one more thing, my PIN has no letters.. is that normal?..

That happens to me the occasional time aswell.
What I do is resent request, and/or just start a conversation with them.

that has helped me in the past, and hopefully you can get it working!

Also try adding by email rather than PIN.
