I live in montreal and i was wondering whether you know any places that fix blackberrys?? My pearl's screen has gone white, the phone is still working but i can't see anything. Fido doesn't know how to fix blackberrys and since im not a rogers customer, they can't help either!!!
Also im trying to add my school email to my blackberry and it won't go through...it uses outlook and the website is https: //exchange.mcgill.ca and i don't have a user name or a mailbox name...
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Hello and Welcome to CRACKberry!! I think you can order replacement parts, and send the device to Horizon Wireless, which is in Canada I believe. Do a Google search for Horizon and see what you can find. Good luck with your issue, I hope you get it resolved.
