Hi I am totally new to the crackberry having gotten a storm a week ago. I guess the fact I am asking this shows I am not acting like a true addict yet. Sometimes I walk away from my phone and the LED light will not be blinking for an SMS yet I will have a message, I know it blinks when the message first comes in. Is there a way to keep it blinking until the message is checked?
I'm not 100% certain but a third party app called BB Alerts may be able to set the LED notification to last until the message is read. After 15 minutes, the LED will time out. Part of the reason is to just be energy conscious and conserve the battery.
