Can someone please give me advise. My Storm has so many glitches!! Screen freezes. calls people from contacts list when I'm not even using it. and so on and so on. Now, it shut off and will not turn on! I tried taking it back but the store refused to let me return it. My next attempt will be later today. I will ask to have it replaced. How can they refuse that one! Has anyone had the similar happen???

How long have you had the phone? I got mine on launch day and had some problems with my call answer button last week. I walked in to a verizon store, expplained the issue and walked out with a new phone. Demand satisfaction!

The storm has had its share of bugs just keep going back to VZ for new phones. I'm sure after your sixth storm, you'll go to the curve.
