Firstly congratulations and welcome to the world of blackberry.

I would suggest starting at the newbie section of Crackberry and read through the Blackberry 101 Lectures. They offer a load of useful info. The main thing if you're stuck there are always people here to help.

    Good luck.

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

If your carrier did not supply you with the BlackBerry Users Guide or the BlackBerry Getting Started Guide, you can download them from BlackBerry support.

These are best resources for getting started. I constantly refer to them to help new users with How do I ... ?

Once you have the basics covered, checkout the BlackBerry 101 guides.
