Hello Everyone
This is a little overdue since I have been reading for a month and posting the past couple of days. So far this seems to be a great site with a variety of interesting people to put it politely for some.

I am completely new to BB with a Torch 9800 but a gadget geek none the less going all the way back to the Atari 2600 and the TRS-80.
Look forward to posting with you all.

Hiya Jason!
Welcome the CB family and to the forums.
You mentioned the TRS-80 computer.. I had one of those growing up. I remember my parents bought it for me either for Chanukah or for my birthday...I can't remember. It was an interesting machine.. but I then graduated to an Apple IIGS

Thanks Chaviv. I went on to the Tandy CoCo 2 from the TRS80. I will never forget the monochrome green screen, duel 5.25" floppy disks, and DOS of the TRS80. Good times!!!

When I had my TRS80, I remember my parents hooked it up to the TV...and I also remember that for games, I had cartridges that I inserted on the right hand side of the computer.
The kicker....to store any programs I made (via the book that came with the computer), I used a.....cassette player! Yup...that's right.. a tape recorder
You are correct...those were good times....
