Is there a way to sync them to my address book on the Blackberry? Because right now, I can't compose a new e-mail because I only have phone numbers in my address book and not e-mail addresses.

I have sent up my gmail account and enabled IMAP successfully.

What do I need to do?

Gmail Sync offers this feature. However it seems to have a lot of bugs still. There is also Conjola Sync. And soon to be Soocial.com.
