I downloaded a ringtone to my phone. Didn't like it so I deleted it. Problem is that now it goes off all the time on its own with that ringtone (which might not be bad but its VERY vulgar and I don't want my kids to hear it). Right now its set on silent and the dang thing will still play! What am I missing!!! I deleted the file...

if you recently did the Verizon 5.0 update, there is a glitch or bug with the update. Usually a battery pull will fix the problem.
