    Hello! I love the bb, but have been having problems with pulling up my pictures, music, and videos! Even the proloaded ones! I keep getting the message "unable to display file ... " I know I'm a newb, and probably an *****, but I can't figure this out!! Somebody please help a brother out! Thx!!

    With your phone on, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in.

    Yes, but further suggestions going to be somewhat destructive. You could make a back up of your BB, then do a wipe of it.
