Hi, I am brand new to bb, I just bought a curve 8330 from sprint. I have so many questions, but I will start with 2. My battery is not holding a charge, I charged it last night, and by the middle of the night it was beeping low battery, I am storing it in the holster case, and none of the applications seem to be running. Second, if I read my email on my computer and delete it, can I make it delete off of my bb. Thanks for the help!
1. Have Sprint Replace it.
2. No. The e-mail is pushed to your phone. Sorta forwarded. So the pc cant remotely delete the messages. You can sync with some mailboxes though.
Take advantage of the Warranty. You shouldn't be having battery problems so soon. You should have 30 days to take it back to the store for a new one. Good luck!
