    i get an email from [email protected]

    the subject of the email is: "Underliverable mail"

    and then it says:
    "failed to deliver to '(my tmobile sidekick email address)' LOCAL module(account [my tmobile sidekick email address]) reports mail receiving disabled.

    even though it IS the same phone number as my sidekick that i just traded in for this curve, why am i still getting stuff about my tmail address when i'm not even sending an email or receiving an email with that address?



    i'm so confused... please help

    Have you re-registered device or resent service books?

    ok, so i did the thingy with the bis and resend service books... but what is a service book and how is it going to help my email problem? i'm just not at all familiar with anything that has to do with blackberrys... service books? i have no idea, couldn't even PRETEND to know what that meant.
