Hey guys whats up? Just wondering if anyone knows why i get an error "A problem occured when trying to render the page" when I try to view videos on youtube? I Got the blackberry Curve.. Thanks

Could you be more specific about which device you have? Your profile states you have an 8330 on Tmobile. However the 8330 is a CDMA device and therefore not compatible on a Tmobile, which is a GSM carrier. Also, do you have a BB data plan? Are you using the BB browser?

yea sorry my mistake its a curve 8320 and yes i have the BB data plan, with the bb browser

What OS do you have and are you talking about youtube or another site

For YouTube to work on the 8320, it needs to have OS 4.5 installed. If you don't remember performing the upgrade to 4.5, you most likely do not have it. OS 4.5 is not out officially on Tmobile, but it is for other carriers. However, we do not recommend newbies make any OS changes until they have become comfortable with the day to day operation of a BlackBerry.

Change your options in media, make sure audio boost it off. But, I agree with them, don't update your OS until you are 100% comfortable...
