I have a question for all the BB pros on this site. I work for a company that has issued me a complete POS used hand me down BB 8700c. So, I got my hands on a new in box BB Curve 8310 and put the SIM card in. The problem I have is not being able to receive company email or browse the name directory. Can I transfer the corporate BB policy and settings to my new Curve?
Yes, you can do this yourself. All you have to do is use the switch device wizard on your computer that has Outlook set up. Then it will go through the activation process and you will be on your way to receiving emails. Also update your IMEI/PIN on the BIS site.
