I am having trouble setting my my boss's blackberry for her. (we are a small company). our it people have set up the blackberry server and have given me a password, sometimes when i do it it says there is an error and to contact my system administrator other time it just sits and says activating, but does nothing else. i have contacted verizon and they tell me that the plan is all set up and it should work...but it doesnt.
when i set mine up there was no problem, it was done almost instantly!
are there any settings that i need to check to make sure are correct? we bought this bb briefly used, but it did not have an enterprise account set up, so im not sure why its not working....
