The Enterprise Activation function is for corporate users only. It's the way a Blackberry is initially activated, and connected to a firm's BES, (Blackberry Enterprise Server) that in turn is linked to the firm's mail-servers.

If you are trying to connect your Berry to corporate email, you need a password from your IT dept.
