Ok so....i never set up an email on my bb BUT, when i try to congifgure email service it says that a user name (or something liek that) has already been made for this pin. Um what? How do i get my bb to email, thats what i want to know!

If it was a brand new unit and you're getting that message, then you need to call your carrier and have them help you out.

Ok.

Were you setting up from your device or your carriers website?

If you were ising the device you may need to call your carrier and have them reset your account.

If you were using the website try it on the device from the email settings icon.

It shoulds like someone is using that PIN on their BIS/Verizon account, not sure which side, but more than likely the BIS site due to you not being able to activate multiple phones in Verizon's billing system with the same identification numbers.
