Just got a BB. As I try to do my 1st synch, it says I must be connected to the internet?? I have Vista...could this be a problem or something else. Thanks guys!

I have not encountered that problem, but my Windows Vista computer is aways connected to the Internet. I don't understand why it is an issue, but the solution is obvious, do it while you have a active connection.

I suggest that because some users with a dial-up connection may not have it connected when needed.

It may be an issue with the version of DTM you have installed. If you installed the version supplied on the CD, I would suggest doing the upgrade to the latest version, v4.6 software.

If you still get that error, at least we will be comparing oranges vs oranges when it comes to specific advise.

I had to go and use my laptop to get it to work, even though both are running Vista...go figure?
