I tried searching for this as not to repeat other posts, but I couldn't find squat!! So.......I have DM on my pc here at work, so I can sync calendar, tasks, etc. But what I want to do is load all my media files from home. Is it just as simple as enabling mass storage mode and then dumping the files into the appropriate folders? Or should I install DM at home also, which I'm afraid will screw things up for syncing. Sorry, I'm a sissy when it comes to trying stuff on my new BB.
You can sync both places should you choose, make sure the settings are such that both PCs sync two way, and both PCs and the BB will have identical data.
But otherwise, yes, you can simply enable mass storage on the card and move media from/to the home PC with never loading DM.
