I just had a quick question regarding desktop manager. I can't get my computer to recognize my blackberry when connected. I am trying to sync my phone with my computer..when i click on switch device wizard it says that it can't recognize the blackberry. When I click on the blackberry device manager it says connection COM3 disconnected. Any help would be appreciated thanks!!
BlackBerrys use the USB port to conect. Try selecting that and see if the phone is recognized.
Don't use a port via a hub and make sure that you use the original cable that came with your phone. I bought 2 - 5 pin SUB cables off ebay and the do not work with the BlackBerry.
