Hi all.... just thought of this n00b question this morning.......

in Microsoft, you can make a selection (text, most likely, but could be other things), then cut (Ctrl x), Copy (Crtl c) or Paste (ctrl v). is there a way to do these on an 8800? If so, how does one "select" the text/data prior to performing the selected function?? IOW, if I have a "note" that has a website password in it, can I copy it from the note and paste it into the password field on the website?

Yes, you can, hit the menu key in any message for all the options like Select, Copy, Paste, etc...
