I'm new here, no BlackBerry, and ALREADY AN ADDICT.
I am counting down the days (14) until I am eligible for my "New Every Two" with Verizon so I can get a BB Storm at a reasonable price.
When I first started looking into BlackBerry devices I tentatively decided on the Curve for its full QWERTY keyboard- and then I found out about the Bold, which is the same phone only a lot sexier. I was so set on owning one that I waited for months for it to be released- only to find out that Verizon was getting the Storm instead.
Initially I had no interest in the Storm, but because I like Verizon, I'm sticking with them. Ultimately I save money with them because almost all of the people I communicate with regularly are on Verizon, and the coverage is perfect for me. It doesn't seem like Verizon will be getting the Bold any time soon, so I'm going to try my luck with the Storm.
I've played with a couple, and the learning curve is very steep for me- I'm also terrified of dust getting under the screen- but the device is really growing on me and I don't even own it yet.
Something tells me I am walking down a very dangerous path...
