    Folks,
Got my new 8800 today and have finished playing with it for the moment in order to try something productive. I have a faily organised contact list on my Xda II and I would like to "export" it to my 8800.
I tried beaming it using bluetooth. The Xda II said they were sent but the 8800 is still showing zero for addresses.
Does anyone know the easiest most idiot proof way of doing this??
    Thanks in advance....

If possible can you sync the XDA II with Outlook. If so, that would be the easiest way probably. Desktop Manager then could sync to outlook and import all the info to your device.

As kasperapd said, your best bet is to sync your XDA with Outlook, then sync your BB with Outlook. If your XDA claims the file(s) were successfully sent to the BB, it could be a compatibility issue between their file types for contacts. You could also copy contacts to the SIM card if your XDA uses the same type of card as your Berry.
