    Default can't receive picture from 8300, email settings?

    I'm new and don't know much about my Curve. When I take a picture and email it to myself it shows up as a txt file not a jpg attachment. Do I have to change some settings somewhere to receive these files or am I doing something wrong when taking the picture? Any help appreciated.

    Strange. But, let me ask this, why would you email it to yourself? Are the said pictures saved to a memory card?

    I did tht when I got my BB 2wks ago. LOL!
