Hi Everyone! I'm a blackberry newbie. Just got a blackberry for my birthday. Everyone works great however, I'm noticing that whenever I use my headset and try to place calls, it hangs up without ever connecting to the number I dialed/want to call. It says connected then the call drops quickly. Not sure if this is a phone problem or a network problem. But if I don't use the headset, I can make the call. Doesn't happen all the time.. happened twice since I started using the phone.

Anyone every experienced this? Any advice on what to do?

When you're doing this, how many bars showing for service? I wonder if it's a service issue; plus, since the device is new, you certainly want to keep an eye on it, it might need to be replaced...
