I have this problem on bbm,, &hope someone could help me!!!
apparently i have this frd whom i have been bbm-ing for more than 2 weeks but all of a sudden we couldnt receive msgs from others!!!
she has been showing as not available earlier,, we have tried deleting &adding again &again,, turning the phone off,, but it still doesnt work!!!
what should i do!? help me pleaseeeeeee CHEERS

Try sending her a pin messages w/o BBM.

Messages -->> Menu key -->> Compose PIN

See if that works. If it does, it may be BBM. Try to delete and reinstall BBM. ***CAUTION*** Your contacts will be deleted.

I have act upgraded my phone to v4.6.162 earlier today &yet it stays the same...
What should I do!?
