    Default Another Newbie

    Hello to everyone here at Crackberry.

    I have been lurking and reading the forums here for about a month, created an account about a week ago and bought the BB Curve 8310 on Saturday.

    I'm spending a lot of time reading the 101 series for help and trying to get acquainted with all the details of what the curve will do.

    My question is this. If my OS is 4.2.2.170, then do I need to install the desktop software that matches that version or will the 4.6 desktop software work?

    I have 4.6 DM and had no problems with aby version OS.
