Installed this Hybrid on my 9700 and so far it works great, only problem is, it isn't letting me log into Twitter for Blackberry. It was letting me log in before this Hybrid and now it won't. Anyone else having this Problem?

Can you guys share what is shown on the About screen and Help screen (alt+shift+h)?
Willyboy 6.1 has the following:
About screen will read as App Version 5.0.0.734
Help screen (alt+shift+h) will read as App Version 6.0.0.31 ! - 07-20-2010, 04:03 AM #8
v6.2 About Screen: 5.0.0.734
v6.2 Help Screen: 6.0.0.31 (1266)
I can assure you it is an improved OS from v6.1 though. - 07-20-2010, 05:04 AM #9

All a leaker needs to do is extract the OS files and rar them. There will be no way of tracing that.
Except, I do believe the guy on the Chinese(or Japanese) site DID post his serial / had a forum user name, so he will probably be traced/banned. He did not leak properly to ensure being stealth. - 07-20-2010, 06:46 AM #12

With v6.0.0.100 files is there WebKit?
Treo 600 → 650 → (Nokia E61→HTC TyTN) → 750v → (SE P990i→Treo 680) → Samsung i600 → (SPV E650→iPhone) → i780 → BlackBerry 8700g → 9000 → 9700 → (Samsung i5700→Nokia E71→BlackBerry 8520→Palm Pixi→SE X10 Mini→SE X10 Mini Pro) → 9800 → 9780 → 9900 - 07-20-2010, 03:07 PM #18
I heard webkit is going to be pushed via service book by the carrier
9900 | Galaxy Nexus | Playbook | BES/Exchange Admin | Blackberry Certified Exchange Support Specialist
*If you have a question about any VZW, AT&T or TMO BB, since 2004 I can pull it out of a drawer.

From the leaked video webkit don't need a special service book
and the e-mails should be displayed with correct html rendering.
So it's not included in this hybrid.Treo 600 → 650 → (Nokia E61→HTC TyTN) → 750v → (SE P990i→Treo 680) → Samsung i600 → (SPV E650→iPhone) → i780 → BlackBerry 8700g → 9000 → 9700 → (Samsung i5700→Nokia E71→BlackBerry 8520→Palm Pixi→SE X10 Mini→SE X10 Mini Pro) → 9800 → 9780 → 9900 - 07-20-2010, 03:34 PM #20

Loaded WB6.2 on 9000
Installed on my 9000.
Couple problems during install ....
1. Shrink-A-OS removed CJK.alx even thought I left Chinese language support. No big deal, just have to copy it back from the "RemovedFiles" folder.
2. Loader apps refused to reinstall the 3rd party apps I backup using the "switch device" tricks. It gave an error message saying something like ... the apps are not compatible with the OS on my phone. BBSAK gave no error when trying to restore the backup took using BBSAK before the upgrade, but the apps are no where to be found on the phone after the restore. The workaround is to use BBSAK to load the COD files of the 3rd party apps back to the phone.
Memory and Battery are not that great on v6.1
I hope v6.2 will be better. - 07-20-2010, 11:08 PM #23
yes man i found the link too. to the full java folder!
- 07-26-2010, 12:47 AM #24--Ah... g/fs are overrated - your blackberry never leaves your side, is intrinsically cheaper (monetary-wise), and it knows exactly the way you like it (data anyway).--
