Default wifi calling COD?

To all the hyrbid makers out there, is there a way to take the .205 wifi calling part of the OS and put in into the new 9900leak of .267? I find .205 has better wifi calling. But for me .267 is a better OS

Even if there is a wifi calling. Cod, there would be Phone restrictions. From service books. Something that is out of a Hybriders control.
