    Default what am i doing wrong?

    i thought i did the java swap right on my 9650. idk if i did a java swap right. i deleted the old java folder. downloaded the new one to my pc. extracted it where the old java folder was.


    when installing the hybrid apploader says my phone has no desktop manager software on it. i thought i didn't need BB DM

    trying to get XxNLGxX 9650 v2.2 .333/.407


    idk what i am doing wrong i jsut want to get OS6

    Try reinstalling .333 (since certain people who have a newer build won't leak it), then dropping everything inside the xxxnlgxxx java folder into the java folder that .333 installs.

    the way i drop it in, i just download it and save it to my comp. then i right click and 'extract to' where the java folder i deleted was...but it's not in a folder like the original one

    sounds like u need to start from scratch...

    *remove any os from your pc using add/remove programs
    *install .333
    *from within C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9650AMEA_v6.0.0.333_P4.4.0.234, remove the java folder
    *extract the hybrid & make sure the java folder is in the same place as the old java folder
    *optionally, run shrink OS
    *then run C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe

    when i extracted it to where the old java folder was, it wasn't in a folder just a big list of stuff

    You gotta extract it into the java folder lol, not the main folder
