Only newer installers put a file in this location. If you want this to be helpful I would add this location in.

Its seem to be the same for me too, i've never seen this before :s, now im searching it and nothing theres no vendor.xml in that path. May be it depends of the windows os you have? What do you think?

Could possibly be that, but i think like others have said it would be a good idea to add the path anyway and get people to test it and make sure it works. Keep up the good work

VENDELETE removes the vendor.xml from two Vista/Win7 locations and three XP locations. Have you tried it and does it not work for you?
