Hi Ohad,

It's been 30 days I'm using Hybrid v11 CNY Edition. The most significant improvement for my Curve 9300 is the GPS (using Google Maps), it locate my position 'instantly'..

Have you select 'Facebook Notification' option from your Facebook's option?

If that so.. Try to reconnect your friends contact with your facebook friends..

hi . i have slight problem.. i used the theme that came with the hybrid.. when i try to change the wallpaper.. i will only change the wallpaper not the wallpaper in lock password mode. it will stay green grass wallpaper.. any idea?

But is it normal that only English language is available in my BB ? I understand English but I also need French and Spanish dictionaries for typing... How could I add them ?

Edit : Ok that's cool I used languages .cod files included in the 6.0.0.706. built and now I have my languages

After using it during 24 hours and many battery pulls, I haven't seen any improvments in responsivness and browser's speed

Is it normal ?

I love my Bold 9780 but its browser sucks it's VERY slow, I hoped an hybrid would solve this problem but there aren't miracles...

I have been using this improvement for a week. Battery life is excellent.

... but I'm about to go over to the blog and download it. I currently have v11 on my bb. I can let you know how it goes after initial install and how it is after it stabilizes.

Downloading and installing this hybrid right now. I don't know why but mediafire is giving me a horrible download speed of around 50 kb/sec. :|

Either way, I have high expectations from this hybrid, and will (hopefully) post my thoughts after usage.

Okay, so roughly a week and a half later ... I did install v12 and it's been super awesome so far. Boot is pretty fast, browser is good. After the os settles it runs amazing. The inital was buggy but after the battery pulls excellent. I still can't use my gasbuddy app on this os but that doesn't bother me so much.

My battery life is seems about the same. I use my phone frequently on the days I have class, so by the time I leave my last class I'm down to around 50%, considering I have class for roughly half the day. So no real complaints here. Overall a super nice build.

been installed for almost 12 hours. for now, i think it is better than v9.
-GPS locking is superb. (which is in v9 very, very slow)
-responsiveness improved (but the menu quite laggy when is slides up and down)
-browser improves a little bit.

will update more after 12 hours.

apologies if this is the wrong thread to post but I am having trouble running this hybrid. can someone either please contact me and give me a noobproof guide or even do remote assistance on my pc as I am absolutely clueless!
