    Default OSBB 9930 402v 1.00

This hybrid build for the 9930 is a combination of 7.1.0.402, .428, and .437. To install this build you first need to have the leaked 9930 7.1.0.402 installed on your pc. Go to here to get some more info and download link.

If you need help or refresher on loading hybrids go here and download a guide.

To confirm you installation, the “about device versions” will read 7.1.0.428 and “help me!” will read 7.1.0437.

ADDED BUILD: If anybody really wants to get rid of the IT policy, here is a 391 build for use over 7.1.0.355. Load the 355 os to your pc and then replace the files with the ones in the zip. After you load it, do a factory reset, and then restore. I just put it together last night and it hasn't been fully tested, but it is available and is running ok for me so far almost 24 hours.

hey Goat man I have Barracuda ver 5 on my 9930, I took his hybrid and replaced all the 402 files with 428 and left all his other files alone. It seems to run pretty good for me. Wondering how many 402 files you in your build from the look of it you left quite a few 402 files in the build

There should be only four 402 files.

I have always found goat's hybrids to be top class, but I haven't seen any comprehensive posts yet on how the performance went along after installing this hybrid. Any helpful comments?

Btw, my anxiousness is just a formality and i am downloading it now! Thanks 69goat!

Not really mine, all of OSBB 9930 team members contribute either thru testing, file changes, or suggestions. Several of us have been running this for more than a week without any problems and better battery than straight 402.
    Thank you.

Hi, First of all, thanks for this great hybrid, it installed without a hitch. I have been using it for 12 hours and have one question. In set application permissions, I can no longer change the 'security timer rest' permission from deny to allow, it is greyed out. I am on bis, no it policy. Some apps, like bulbera lock seem a little off and I thought it my be this permission allowance, any way I can set it to 'allow"? Thanks for the help!

It may be that 402 with parental controls has something to do with it. There is another thread discussing the IT policy you may want to check. Thanks. I will see if I can change it.

After running the 355/391 build for another day, I am finding that the 355 radio is not as good as 402. Which in turn is decreasing battery life. So I am going back to 402v1.00. I will leave the link up in case somebody else wants to give it a shot..

Maybe. I didn't try yet, been busy. BUT the good news is that tryfe is working on a 523 build.
