New to Hybrid OS

I just downloaded the .591 that OOAK had posted. However, now that the file is downloaded, and my phone is on .517, what do I do now. I have googled it and searched the site but I'm not sure how to combine the 2 files into one OS. Can someone please help me.

every hybrid and hybrid builder has there own way to install there os... I'm not familiar with .591 that OOAK posted but it probably has instructions in the thread that you got it from or you can try to ask this question in that thread.
