If you have issues with service books go into Options>Advanced Options>Service Books and type ALT+SBEB then restore your backup again.
The first couple reboots will take a longer than normal, specifically the first one. Battery life may not be optimal until the device settles. If you have it loaded and are experiencing problems, consider wiping and reloading and formatting your MicroSD using SDFormatter. - 03-24-2011, 09:44 AM

You would want to use the one he has for that specific device.

I've been running this for a few days now and it is far and away better than any official OS out there for the Bold 9000. The battery life on the Bold is much longer with this release (on 2G I easily get a days worth of use on a 1.5 year old battery) and it is very stable with memory. I highly recommend this build.

I've been a big fan of JSL hybrids. I've used v4.0, 4.5 & now 4.7. So far batt life has been amazing but I always get at least 36hrs out of my Seidio 1750 mAh batt anyways.
