    Default i'm trying to use shrink a OS...but i already have the hybrid on my phone

    i opened SAOS and took out the stupid stuff verizon puts on the phone and i went to run apploader again (already have the OS6 hybrid on my phone) but i went to run applaoder again from SAOS and it starts and then completes really quick in like 30 seconds.

    You have to use Shrink an OS before you load the OS. The files won't get deleted off your phone just becasue you moved them to a different folder with shrink an OS.

    As SCrib said you can't shrink an OS after it's on the phone. You will need to back up everything on your phone, wipe, shrink the OS, reinstall the OS, and restore your apps and stuff back on the phone.
