Default Decided to load a .517 hybrid....

First of all it's amazing much more responsive than any other OS build and I've only used this hybrid and one for .713. Anyway, I'm having trouble getting google maps 4.5.1. www.google.com/maps gives me 4.4.0. Also this leads me to my other problem which is the desktop manager doesn't seem to backup every third party app. I've done it 2 different times now and have never gotten all the .cod files. Solutions for the former problem anyone? And maybe an explanation for the latter?

Use the procedure for device switch wizard to create a folder with all the 3rd party apps. Much better, I always do that 1st before I upgrade. And about every other week, just to stay as current as possible.

No, that's exactly what I do. You're supposed to do device switch, then just choose 3rd party apps, let it back them up, before closing the window you do a search for your pin, pull the folder out of temporary files onto your desktop or wherever you want to save it right? Because that's exactly what I did. And then I opened the folder and it only had like 8 .cod files. Tried it again and the same thing happened. It doesn't want to back up all my files for some reason. Is there any other way I can do it?

basically yes. but it only backs up new ones sometimes that you have never backed up before. I always delete everything in the folder and it generally back up everything if i do that.
