Cannot get hybrid to load on 9700
I have a TMobile 9700 with .862 currently. I removed all the base OSs from my 7x64 machine and then downloaded RBH_iceandfire_9700_v7. It took the defaults and it extracted to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9700M_v5.0.0.862_P5.1.0.175. The BBHybrids Tool comes up and I choose what I want under Shrink-A-OS and click Shrink My OS. I click on Launch Loader, it finds my phone, reads the information and then the only apps it says are there to install are the 3rd party apps that are already on my phone.

I just installed a hybrid today for the first time and I almost gave up cos of this Prob!!!! Ok this was wat happened.....I had 2 program files on my windows7...one program fine and the other Program file(x86)..........so all the while the hybrid was installing on X86 and I was Loading Frm just the Normal Program file which of course made it not to be found........s? make sure the Directory is correct....hope this helps!!!
