Can someone make a hybrid? .607 & .895 for 9550, Please?
I think that would be great, mainly just to get rid of the robotic voice issue! otherwise i find .895 to be great. anyone agree?

I completely disagree. 895 sucks all around. And making a hybrid based on 895 (if that is what you are asking) would not get rid of the robotic voice issue.
Also, if you want to make a hybrid based on 607 or 713 with 895 cod's, all you need to do is install the base of your choice, then replace the 607/713 java folder with the 895 java folder.Last edited by bmoney1229; 10-13-2010 at 02:30 PM. Reason: Additional comment

If you use the 607 base sfi with 895 Java you should not have the robotic voice, but it will also probably feel like 607. Contrary to what others may try and tell you, the JAVA files really don't make much, if any difference. Sometimes you will get some very small advantages (like the browser may seem slightly better), but on a whole, the sfi file is what determines how the OS is going to act and feel.
BTW, if you do want to run hybrids, you should visit bbhybrids.net, as you will find plenty of options there. If not today, then tomorrow. The whole hybrid movement thing has pretty much moved there and other sites away from CB.Last edited by ChuckH0308; 10-13-2010 at 03:51 PM.

For the most part it will still feel like 607, but you won't have the robotic voice issue. Most of the operation of an OS is contained within the radio file. if I were you I would just stick with 713
