HI there i would to know if i should turn off the GPS & WIFI and opened only when i need it or let him open always

I leave GPS turned on, but do have a small (70k), free app called Wi-Fi Manager from BB AppWorld that turns my wifi on/off automatically when I am within range of my home or office wifi routers based upon my cell tower location. I turn it on and off manually as needed or not when in other areas. I only turn on BT when I am using it and always turn it off manually when I no longer need it on.
