Default AT&T 9300 no GPS

It simply will not work. I have only had this phone for 2 weeks and ever since the GPS has been inoperable. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Options>device>location settings in OS 6. Be sure location is enabled. With a different come back with that information and someone may be able to guide you along. If the settings are correct you may have a faulty phone but settings are the first place to check.
