Unhappy number next to my GPS indicator??

Just installed OS 6, and there is a small -2 next to the GPS "on" indicator on the home screen. I have looked everywhere but can not figure out what that is???

BTW this is on my Verizon 9650

Data signal strength. Did you do the alt+n+m+l+l trick? It only shows when you use the number. If you use the icon you just get the one indication. At least on Sprint. Don't know about Verizon.

Is that different form the cell signal strength. Yes, I use the alt-n-m-l-l and get the typical -80 to -90 dB for cell signal, but have not see the small -2 there before?

The wifi indicator will now only display the first number. The rest is cut off which makes this useless when trying to figure out wifi strength

The mobile network strength indicator will only show the first two numbers. So if your rssi is -105 dbm, it will only show -10

Aside from nmll, you can go into the status of your phone and check the readings. However you should note that the 3G indicator is completely useless, whether or not you are using nmll. On 3G, you will only see: -70, -81, -89, -92 (I think) and -120. I am not in bad coverage to get you exact numbers but you basically have an idea. These are inacurate readings and I hope rim fixes this.
