My navigator deluxe

Hello,
I recently purchased a Bold 9650. I'm trying to use the My navigator deluxe, every time I try to use it, it asks to set up the side keys. I go thru all the steps and set up the side key for voice activation and save it, it then goes back to the main menu and doesn't complete my request for directions. Everytime I try to use it it does the same thing. I have tried rebooting. Any ideas on why it is doing this?

I assume you are on US Cellular if you have that program? On my Torch 9850, I haven't had that happen. I would try and delete and reload the program, and then call tech support or bring it to USCC if it persists.
