yes there is a company out there that has houseplans of everyones homes and all office buildings too

Not meant like that Drift. lol. But I have heard of a GPS like this by at least 10 people and I actually found it at one point in a thread. I'm just that kinda person who forgets to remember what I was looking for. haha.

Assuming that the GPS is capable of that precision, and that the signal can sufficiently penetrate the walls of the building, how would you know or confirm that it pinpointed you to the right room? There's no way that the GPS chip can know what the internal architecture of the building you're in looks like.

Such a thing exists. I saw it on TV so it must be real. In the commercial, Ozzie used it to navigate around his house to find the bathroom

Maybe if you use Street View in Google Maps... and your room is on the street...

Personally, I'd just ask the front desk what room you're in...
