GPS Without Carrier Signal
Hi there,
I may be going on a flight soon from EGLL (LHR) to KLAX (LAX) with British Airways. I was wondering if GPS Logger II would be able to track my progress, since I'm educated that it relies entirely on satellites and not carrier signal. I've heard that people have used their car GPS devices such as TomToms and they say it works, though when I did a trip from EGLL to KLAX in September of 2010, my friend's iPhone 4 wasn't able to track us after reaching a certain altitude. He was using MotionX-GPS.
Thanks for any insight.
