Question GPS Topo Maps and Such

Trying to get a good Topo Map app for my blackberry 9650 that is low cost(possibly free) and works better than mapmyride. I do quite a bit of hiking and stuff so it would be very useful for me....and prob an extended batter as well lol....

Any ideas on a map app?

Try blackberry.com or the BlackBerry App World they have some there but I haven't tried them only because I haven't had the use for one but if I was looking to buy, it would be there or the CrackBerry App Store. The only 2 App Stores I trust so far!

Check out TopoExplorer. Free in the CrackBerry Store or at AppWorld.

You might want to look at TrekBuddy:

TrekBuddy - J2ME application for offline GPS tracking

A lot of people like it but it takes a bit of tweaking to get everything all offline...
