Is there a good navigation software for the BlackBerry Torch?

For no frills turn-by-turn traffic with fairly reliable ETA times, BlackBerry Traffic.

Unless you're willing to pay for Garmin Mobile (which hasn't come out yet for the 9810) or AT&T Navigator, both of which would give you turn by turn voice nav with maps, BB Traffic is your best bet for just turn by turn.

google maps doesn't have voice turn navigation, it will display the turns on the screen or just show the map with a highlighted route

Google Maps with GPS is accurate. I use it on foot all the time.
