GPS and Marine Charts APP recommendation

I want to download NOAA RNCs or NOAA ENCs marine charts avaialbe free from here: Nautical Charts & Pubs

and use on my 9630 while boating. They have software recommendations but none of the suggested tools have a version for blackberry. Basically I want to tap into my Blackberry's GPS functionality to determine my location as well as view the surrounding area (shoals, markers etc.) on the maps I download. Can anyone recommend a good program to do this. Freeware if preferred but I am willing to pay for a license for this type of app. Thanks!
