NOAA nautical charts are free online.
Is there an application for downloading and using them on a BB Storm as a navigation tool on the water?

Active Captain is a great free resource for online nautical charts. There is a ton of information along with highly detailed charts and maps. The sad part is there isn't a BlackBerry app yet but you can go there as a web page from a Playbook.
