Downloaded GPS and maps, now everything looks like an address

Ever since I downloaded the GPS and maps, everything (email and txt) "looks" like an address and is highlghted with a blueline or black dotted line if it has numbers preceeding words. I deleted GPS, still happened. I downloaded it again to ck the settings, nothing helped. Deleted again and ckd settings and options on the BB. Can't figure it out and it jumps to the "addresses" and drives me craZY! If I select the "address", it looks for GPS and maps. Can anyone help me??

When you say "downloaded the GPS," what app are your referring to? What device do you have? What is your operating system version?
